Using the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base lets you designate specific sources as persistent context for each output platform. Unlike sources you select per draft, knowledge base entries are automatically included every time you generate content for that platform.
How to Add an Entry
- Go to Knowledge Base in the sidebar.
- Select the platform tab you want to configure (LinkedIn, X, Short Scripts, Long Scripts, or Newsletter).
- Select the sources you want to designate as knowledge entries for that platform and save.
What to Use It For
Knowledge base entries work best for sources that represent who you are rather than what you're repurposing today. For example, a video where you explain your core philosophy, your communication style, or a framework you always reference. The AI will draw on these entries to keep generated content consistent with your voice across every draft.
Managing Entries Per Draft
On any Create New page, your active knowledge base entries for that platform are shown as toggleable tags. They're on by default. You can deactivate individual entries for a specific generation if they aren't relevant to the sources you've selected.
Credit Cost
Each active knowledge base entry adds 1 credit to the cost of a draft (2 credits for newsletters). You can see the estimated total before generating.
